Book Tee Time

Sunday Sept. 25

The most successful Men’s Night season concluded with 36 players comprising 9 teams teeing off on Sunday morning in a shotgun start under cloudy skies. Except for a couple of small showers it was a great day for golf and scores were quite competitive among the participating teams. See Scores below.

After 18 holes of golf, a putting contest and a chipping contest there was a steak dinner followed by the presentation of prizes to complete a very successful Men’s Night campaign.

A special thank you goes out to our sponsors for the 2022 season. We thank Albert Pike of Pike’s Ace Building Center for their sponsorship of the Closest-to-the-pin on Hole #7 each week and a big thank you to Mark Rideout of Molson Coors for their product contribution each Thursday night throughout the summer. On behalf of all Men’s Night participants we thank you both for your tremendous support and we look forward to having you back again in 2023.

The highlight of the Men’s Finale presentation of awards is the announcement of the annual Norm Croucher Award presented to the golfer who best exemplifies the qualities of sportsmanship throughout the entire Men’s Night season. This years award recipient is Glenn Price who not only exudes these qualities but shows up every night with a smile on his face. Glenn has not missed a Men’s Night evening for over 2 years. The photo on the left shows Men’s Committee Member John Bugden presenting Glenn with the Norm Croucher Award.

Men’s Night Finale

Sunday Sept. 25

Start Time: 10:00am

All players are asked to be at the course by 9:30 am at the latest and check in at the registration desk in the dining room. We will be there and setup around 9:00am.

At the moment we have a potential of 40 players participating but there are 3 that are iffy so we don’t want to select teams until we are sure who is going to be there. We may have to wait until morning to do the final selection.

Thank you once again for all your support this season and we look forward to a great day tomorrow.
