\n\tCongratulations to Grande Meadows golfers Ray Walsh and Bob Hoyles who are participating in the Senior Division of the 1st Annual Atlantic Golf Championships being held at the Bell Bay Golf Course in Baddeck, NS. <\/p>\n
\n\tThe tournament consists of a pracitice round on Thursday August 14 followed by three 18 hole rounds of stroke play on Friday, Saturday and Sunday August 15 – 17. Walsh and Hoyles are joined on the Provincial Senior team by Wayne Ford of Blomidon in Corner Brook who won the Provincial Senior Championships held at Grande Meadows in July.<\/p>\n
\n\tErin Lundrigan of Burin who now plays out of Bally Haly will participate in the Ladies Amateur Division.<\/p>\n
\n\tOther members of the Newfoundland team include Michael and Matthew Tibbo of Blomidon as well as Jonathan Hunt of Clovelly in the Men's Amateur.<\/p>\n
\n\tAlison Crawford of Clovelly Golf Course will join Lundrigan in the Ladies Amateur.<\/p>\n
\n\tEddie Bearns and Dave Roberts of Bally Haly as well as Stephen Hawco of Clovelly Golf Course will compete in the Men's Mid Masters Division.<\/p>\n
\n\tKaren Healy of Bally Haly and Kim Stead of Glendenning Golf Course will compete in the Ladies Mid Masters.<\/p>\n
\n\tKathleen Jean of Harmon Seaside Links in Stephenville will compete in the Senior Women's Division along with Janet Mills and Sandra Sparrow of Bally Haly Golf Club.<\/p>\n
\n\tWalter Crotty of Bally Haly will compete in the Super Senior Division.<\/p>\n
