\n\tRay Walsh fired a low round of 75 on Saturday to win the 2018 Burin Peninsula Open Golf Tournament by 1 stroke over defending champion Stewart Hartson who carded a 76. Tony Mitchell finished 3 strokes back with a round of 79 while Matthew Hackett and Mike Russell finished 4 strokes back at 80.<\/p>\n

\n\tMitchell won the low net with a score of 68 while Hackett and Russell tied at 72 followed by Deon Walsh at 73.<\/p>\n

\n\tForsey won the low net with a score of 68 in a tie breaker over Glen Price who also had 68 while Cribb finished 3rd with 71.<\/p>\n

\n\tJudy Drake captured the Ladies Division with a score of 90 followed by Jeannette Lundrigan in second with a score of 100.  Dorothy Warren followed up in 3rd with a score of 109 just one stroke ahead of Marilyn McCarthy and Dot Baker who carded scores of 110. Tracey Blagdon followed with a score of 112 while Jean Hollett rounded out the top 7 with a score of 122.<\/p>\n

\n\tMcCarthy captured the low net with a score of 66 while Warren finished second with a 70 followed by Blagdon in 3rd with a 78.<\/p>\n

\n\tCarvery won the low net with a score of 62 while Hodder finished 2nd with a 69 and John Bugden captured 3rd with a score of 70.<\/p>\n
