Resumes can be sent to&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:grandemeadows@nf.aibn.com\">grandemeadows@nf.aibn.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-regular-font-size\"><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-larger-font-size\"><strong>Customer Relations Cook<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job Purpose:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This position is in the Pro Shop and deals mainly with customer relations, answering phones, and maintaining the shop and surrounding area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Book tee times for golfers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Answer phones<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Process money, credit\/debit payments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep work area clean and tidy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stock shelves<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Operate canteen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Customer service oriented<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good oral communications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Problem solving abilities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic computer skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organizational skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dependable and reliable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interpersonal skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work well with others<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-regular-font-size\"><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-larger-font-size\"><strong>Head Cook<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job Purpose:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The employee in this position plans, prepares, cooks, and serves meals in a restaurant setting; performs other job-related duties as required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Supervise the assistant cook.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meal preparation and supervising of meal service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assure a clean and safe kitchen is maintained.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep inventory of all kitchen supplies and equipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Order all kitchen supplies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep records of all receipts to be forwarded to the office.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain safety standards throughout all food preparation and storage areas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitors and assists in the daily clean-up of the kitchen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trains, directs, and monitors work of the assistant cook or other kitchen employees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ability to estimate food quantities for meal preparation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of and ability to train others in safety practices related to food preparation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to stand for long periods of time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Food safety certification would be an asset.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valid drivers license.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Minimum qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Any combination of education, training, and experience, which demonstrates the knowledge and skill to perform the duties and responsibilities of this job.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Grande Meadows has two job positions to advertise: See job descriptions below.
