Saturday & Sunday September 19 & 20
Golfers will begin teeing up on Saturday morning at 8:30 am in the annual Grande Meadows Club Championship. Players will compete in several divisions including Men’s A & B, Men’s Senior, Ladies and for the first time a Youth Division. The Club Championship consists of 2 18 holes rounds of stroke play with prizes awarded for both Gross and Net winners in each division. As well there will be several on course prizes as well as a lunch on both days at the clubhouse following the round. The tournament concludes with the prize presentations on Sunday afternoon at the conclusion of Round 2.
Defending Club Champion Mike Russell is back to defend his Men’s title with past champions Perry Stone, Matthew Hackett and Sam Warren looking to come out on top again. Defending Ladies Champion Lacey Baxter is away on vacation so the Ladies title is up for grabs this year. For the first time ever there is a Youth division with 8 young golfers taking part.
