2025 Burin Peninsula Open Golf Tournament Report
Stone & kenway 2025 BP Open Champions
48 golfers teed off in the 18th Annual Burin Peninsula Open Golf Tournament on Sunday morning under a beautiful sunny sky with ideal conditions and everyone was treated to some great golf.
On the 1st playoff hole Perry Stone captured his 4th Men’s Burin Peninsula Open Championship by winning a 3 way playoff over Mike Russell and Paul Hartson after each had completed the round with identical scores of 78.
Debbie Kenway won the Ladies Division after carding a score of 93 to win by 3 strokes over Lacey Baxter who came in with a score of 96.

![]() | Paul Hartson won the Men’s B Division by 1 stroke over Gary Smith after carding a sub 80 round of 79 while Smith had one of his best every rounds at Grande Meadows with a 79. Glenn Price finished 3rd with a score of 85. Smith won the Men’s B Division Low Net with a total of 64. |
![]() | Ben Grandy captured a very competitive Mens’ D Division played from the Red/Yellow Tees by 1 stroke over Glen Picco. Grandy posted a score of 85 while Picco carded an 86. Art Cluett finished 3rd with a score of 89. John Bugden won the Division Low Net with a score of 73. |
Al Lewis won the Men’s C Division after carding a score of 95 which was matched by Timothy Walters with Lewis winning by retrogression. Eric Ayers finished in 3rd place with a score of 99. Ayers won the Division Low Net with a score of 78. |

- Registration in dining room beginning at 7:30am
- Please be sure to start your scorecard on the hole which you begin your round.
- Note: There may have to be some changes to the hole starting groups if someone backs out today or doesn’t show in the morning.
