20th Annual Grande Meadows Men's Invitational
Yes it is hard to imagine but this year marks the 20th Annual Grande Meadows Men's Invitational Golf Tournament. It is scheduled for Friday to Sunday June 9 – 11 with a practice round on Friday and 18 hole rounds of stroke play on Saturday and Sunday. The tournament is divided into 3 Divisions based on handicaps with prizes awarded for both Gross and Net in all Divisions. Defending Invitational Champion is Matthew Hackett of Grande Meadows.
We anticipate approximately 100 golfers from Harmon Seaside Links in Stephenville to Bally Hally Golf Club in St. John's to participate in the 3 day event. The Men's Invitational has been a mainstay of the Grande Meadows Course for the past 20 years. Please register early to keep your place in the Invitational.
There have been 5 golfers who have participated in all previous 19 invitationals including Harold Porter of Harmon Seaside Links in Stephenville, Dick Hyslop of Bally Hally Golf Club and Ches Cribb, Bill Hanrahan and Perry Stone of Grande Meadows Golf Club.
