Men’s Night Committee Donates To Local Food Bank

Grande Meadows Men's Night Golf Committee recently made a donation to the Salvation Army Food Bank in Marystown recently. Committee members Ches Cribb, John Bugden and Edmund Antle presented a cheque to Linda Stockley of the Food Bank at the Salvation Army church in Creston South.

Ms. Stockley was very appreciative of the donation as she says the demands on their services have been very high this year. She told the committee that there are many demands and they just don't include food because things like heat and light are also in demand. The Men's Night committee would like to commend Ms. Stockley and the Salvation Army for the great service they provide to the local area.
