Day 1 Report
Matthew Hackett leads the way in the A Division of the annual tournament after carding a low round of 77 in windy conditions. 4 other golfers are tied for second place 3 strokes behind Hackett after shooting scores of 80. They include Gus Keating, Sam Warren, Perry Stone and Bill Morrissey.
Art Cluett leads the B Division with a score of 80 while Kevin Pittman follows close by with an 83. Next came Brad Russell with an 87 while Cory Gulliver carded an 89.
Kevin Carvery's 89 leads C Division by 3 shots over Mike Douglas's 92 and by 5 strokes over Dennis Collier who had 94. Dick Hanrahan was 4th with a score of 96.
2 Ladies took part including Tracy Blagdon who fired a score of 102 while Jeannette Lundrigan came in with 107.
