""Mike Russell captured the 2009 Grande Meadows Men’s Golf Championship on Sunday. Russell’s total of 163 won over Sam Warren by one stroke while defending champion Barry Stacey and Ray Walsh finished 3 strokes back. Russell had scores of 82 and 81 while Warren carded scores of 81 and 83. Day 1 leader Albert Pike fired an 89 to finish 6 strokes back.
Shelley Moulton won her second straight Ladies Golf Championship with scores of 89 and 86 for a two day total of 175 to win over Judy Drake who finished second with scores of 98 and 101 for a total of 199.
Judy Drake won the Ladies A Division Low Gross with a score of 199 while Jean Hollett won the Ladies A Low Net with a score of 155. Anne Marie Ryan won Ladies B Division Low Gross with a score of 223 while Tina Hanrahan won the Ladies A Low Net with a score of 150.
Sam Warren won the Men’s A Division Low Gross with a score of 164 while Tony Walters won the Men’s A Division Low Net with a score of 139.
Peter Coady won the Men’s B Division Low Gross with a two day total of 179 while Bob Peddle won the Men’s B Division Low Net with a score of 153.
Fred Douglas won the Men’s C Division Low Gross of 176 while Alex Hapgood won the Men’s C Division Low Net with a score of 149.
