Perry Stone defended his Burin Peninsula Open Golf title on Saturday as he fired a low round of 75 to win the 8th Annual tournament. Stone won going away as Bob Hoyles and Sam Warren finished a distant second with scores of 83.
Ches Kenway captured the Men's Division 2 title with a score of 89 to win by one stroke over Dan Walsh and Stan McCarthy who carded scores of 90.
Deanne Moulton won the Ladies Division shooting a score of 87 to win by 1 stroke over her sister Shelley Keeping who carded an 88.
