Customer Relations Cook
Job Purpose:
This position is in the Pro Shop and deals mainly with customer relations, answering phones, and maintaining the shop and surrounding area.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Book tee times for golfers
- Answer phones
- Process money, credit/debit payments
- Keep work area clean and tidy
- Stock shelves
- Operate canteen

Job Description
Head Cook
Job Purpose:
The employee in this position plans, prepares, cooks, and serves meals in a restaurant setting; performs other job-related duties as required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise the assistant cook.
- Meal preparation and supervising of meal service.
- Assure a clean and safe kitchen is maintained.
- Keep inventory of all kitchen supplies and equipment.
- Order all kitchen supplies.
- Keep records of all receipts to be forwarded to the office.
- Maintain safety standards throughout all food preparation and storage areas.
- Monitors and assists in the daily clean-up of the kitchen.
- Trains, directs, and monitors work of the assistant cook or other kitchen employees.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to estimate food quantities for meal preparation.
- Knowledge of and ability to train others in safety practices related to food preparation.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Food safety certification would be an asset.
- Valid drivers license.

Any combination of education, training, and experience, which demonstrates the knowledge and skill to perform the duties and responsibilities of this job.
