Registration is now underway at Grande Meadows for 2025 Golf Canada BDO National Golf League play. The registration deadline is May 31 and you can sign up on the bulletin board at the GM Golf Course clubhouse.
In order to play one does not need to be a member of Grande Meadows Golf Course but you do need to have a valid Golf Canada Handicap.
This year we are looking to expand the Grande Meadows League beyond those players participating in Thursday’s Men’s Night so any interested ladies or men who do not participate in Men’s Night can sign up at the clubhouse.
There will be 6 National Golf League Nights throughout the summer beginning on Thursday June 12 and starting at 1:00pm in the afternoon using a Net Stableford Scoring System. At the end of August the top players from the summer at each participating course will advance to the Provincial championship at a course to be decided. The top players will e decided by taking the best 4 of your 6 scores over the summer. The winners at provincials will earn an all-expense-paid trip to the National Golf League finals in 2026 at the site of the RBC Canadian Open Golf Championship.
If you sign up there will be a fundraising 4 Person Best Ball Tournament on Saturday June 21 to raise funds to cover the donation of $25 per player to the First Tee Atlantic Golf Program. Players who can’t make that tournament will be responsible for the $25 donation to the First Tee Program.
